According to the Panchang, the Navami Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month will start on 5th April at 07:26 pm. At the same time, the Tithi will end on the next day on 06 April at 07:22 pm. Thus, the festival of Ram Navami will be celebrated on 06th April.
Ram Navami Shubh Muhurta:
Auspicious time to worship- 06th April from 11:08 am to 01:39 pm.
Brahma Muhurta-from 04:34 am to 05:20 am.
Vijay muhurta: from 2:30 pm to 0:30 pm.
Twilight time: from 6:41 pm to 7:03 pm.
Nishita Muhurta: from 12 am to 12:46 pm.
Ram Navami Puja Vidhi:
- On the day of Ram Navami, first of all, wake up in Brahma Muhurta, take a bath, and purify yourself.
- After this, take a vow to fast and make up your mind to worship Lord Shri Ram. While observing the fast, keep in mind to speak the truth and maintain good conduct throughout the day.
- Purify the place of worship with Gangajal and place a chowki there, and spread a Yellow cloth on it.
- Then install the idol of Lord Shri Ram, Maa Sita, Brother Laxman, and Shri Hanuman on it. This chowki is considered especially auspicious for the worship of Lord Shri Ram.
- Now meditate on lord Ram and invoke him.
- Invite Lord Rama to your home and offer your respects at his feet.
- After this, perform Panchopchara Puja, which includes offering of flowers, sandalwood, lamps, naivedya, and offerings.
- Now, recite Ram Stotra and Ram Chalisa. Reciting Ram strotra brings blessings of Lord Rama. Reciting Ram Chalisa is especially believed to enhance strength and good fortune.
