Aries: Eating brown rice, olives, bananas, fresh fruit juices, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, cauliflowers, radish, spinach, dried figs, walnuts, apricots will be a healthy option for you. However, you may avoid eating excess of salt, spicy food and alcohol intake.
Taurus: You will be benefited if you eat right amount of cranberries, cauliflowers, spinach, asparagus, onions, beetroots, nuts, pumpkin, horseradish, and beans. You should avoid eating heavy and rich dietary food; also you must not take excessive amount of carbs in your meal.
Gemini: Being an air sign, it will be healthy for you to eat oranges, grapefruit, grape juices, plums, apples, raisins, cauliflowers, lettuce, carrots, spinach, cauliflowers, raisins, almonds, vegan yoghurt, celery, cayenne, ginger and garlic. Also, you must avoid the intake of root vegetables, coffee, yeast and starchy food and refined sugar.
