Elections are going to be held on 70 assembly seats of Delhi on 5 February 2025 and the results of the elections will be declared on 8 February 2025. Like previous years, Kejriwal’s AAP party seems to be emerging as the main party. BJP is also trying its best to win Delhi somehow. Will BJP win by defeating AAP, let’s see in the mirror of astrology:-

Past of Delhi Elections: The first Legislative Assembly in Delhi was formed in 1952. There were 48 members in the assembly. Congress was victorious in the first election and Congress made Shri Brahm Prakash Yadav the Chief Minister. In 1955, power was handed over to Shri Gurmukh Nihal Singh. In 1956, on the recommendations of the States Reorganization Commission, the statehood of Delhi was abolished and it was made a Union Territory. After about 37 years, in 1993, the Legislative Assembly was re-established in Delhi with 70 seats and BJP won. Shri Madan Lal Khurana was made the Chief Minister. After this seat was given to Shri Sahib Singh Verma. Just before the 1998 elections, Smt. Sushma Swaraj was made the Chief Minister. The politics of Delhi changed completely in the 1998 elections. Congress won and Mrs. Sheila Dikshit became the Chief Minister. After this, she remained the Chief Minister of Delhi twice more in 2003 and 2008. The Delhi Metro project was successfully started during his tenure.

In 2010, allegations of scams related to the Commonwealth Games prevented Sheila's government from going ahead and in 2013, Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party, which started from Anna Hazare's movement, achieved major success in the Legislative Assembly. AAP won 28 seats in the very first elections, Congress was reduced to 8 and BJP was reduced to 32. Despite being the largest party, BJP could not form the government and Kejriwal was successful in forming the government with the support of Congress. This government could not complete its tenure and after two years, re-elections were declared in 2015. In the 2015 assembly elections, Aam Aadmi Party set a record by winning 67 seats, Congress could not even open its account and BJP was limited to only 3 seats. Once again in 2020, AAP stormed. AAP party won 62 seats, Congress was left with zero, BJP was reduced to 8.

The longest tenure as Chief Minister in the history of Delhi Legislative Assembly was of Congress's Mrs. Sheila Dikshit. She remained the Chief Minister of Delhi for 15 years. Arvind Kejriwal was Chief Minister for almost 10 years. Smt. Sushma Swaraj had the shortest tenure.

Mainly 3 parties are participating in the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections, they are Aam Aadmi Party, BJP and Congress (I). Let us see what their planetary position is.

Aam Aadmi Party:

Aam Aadmi Party first contested elections in 2013. The elections were held on 1 December 2013 when retrograde Jupiter was transiting through Gemini and Saturn was transiting through Libra. Rahu was also in Libra along with Saturn. From the zodiac sign of Aam Aadmi Party, Jupiter was transiting in the second house and Saturn and Rahu were transiting in the sixth house. Saturn was in the eighth house from the ascendant, hence victory was achieved but complete majority was not achieved.

In the second elections, on 7 February 2015, Jupiter was in exalted sign and Saturn was in Scorpio. Jupiter was transiting through the fifth house and Saturn through the ninth house from the ascendant. Due to the auspicious situation, victory was achieved with full majority and a government was formed.

In the third elections, on 8 February 2020, Jupiter was transiting in Sagittarius and Saturn in Capricorn. Ketu was present with Jupiter. Jupiter was in the eighth house from the Moon and Saturn was transiting in the ninth house. Due to Jupiter being in the eighth house, some seats were lost but Saturn led to complete victory and the AAP government was formed.

Elections will be held on 5 February in 2025. On this day, Jupiter will transit in Taurus and Saturn will transit in Aquarius. Again Jupiter will transit over the Moon and Saturn will transit in the tenth house from the Moon. Like the previous elections, this time also there is hope of complete victory but some seats will definitely be less.

If we analyse Arvind Kejriwal's horoscope, AAP party and Kejriwal ji have the same zodiac sign - Taurus. His horoscope is not capable of showing any particularly distinct results on the future of the party. Or say that the horoscope of both specify the same results. Therefore, according to the party's horoscope, victory is going to come to his account. But somewhat less than before.

BJP:

The first elections were held in Delhi on 6 November 1993. At that time Saturn was transiting through Capricorn and Jupiter was transiting through Libra. Rahu was in Scorpio. Jupiter was transiting in the twelfth house and Saturn in the third house from the Moon sign of BJP. He won because Saturn's transit through the third house was auspicious. In the second election, Saturn was in the sixth house, in the third election, Saturn was in the eighth house, in the fourth election, Saturn was in the tenth house, which created obstacles in the victory. Saturn was in twelfth place in the December 2013 elections, which did not allow the government to be formed even after winning. And Rahu was in the eighth house from Jupiter's Moon which kept him away from power.

In 2015 and 2020, Saturn was transiting above the Moon Sign and in the third house but due to the stronger planetary position of AAP party, it was victorious and BJP could not achieve anything. If we look at the situation of the 2025 elections, Saturn is transiting in the fourth house from the Moon, Rahu is transiting in the fifth house from the Moon and Jupiter is transiting in the seventh house from the Moon. Despite the situation being auspicious, the situation compared to the AAP party seems weak. Therefore, the AAP party can win the 2025 elections but due to BJP not having bad planets, this contest will be tough and BJP will be able to take many seats.

If we analyse the horoscope of Narendra Modi ji, he also has Scorpio sign which is the party sign of BJP, hence his horoscope will not make any significant difference for BJP. But as February 5, 2025 approaches, Saturn will reach 26° degrees of BJP's Moon. Due to this, BJP will not do very well initially but as the date of elections approaches, it will perform well and will be able to perform very well at the time of elections. In this way, it will be able to give a big blow to the AAP party and get many seats. If the planetary winds become a little stronger than BJP can also register victory.

Congress:

The moon sign of Congress (I) is Aries. When Saturn was transiting over the Moon, from the third and fifth positions and Jupiter was transiting from the eleventh, fifth and ninth positions, then Congress formed its government. When Saturn was in the eighth or tenth house, the government was not formed. This time Saturn will be in the eleventh house, Jupiter in the second house and Rahu in the twelfth house. In this auspicious combination, Congress will be able to take some seats but it is doubtful that it will be able to do much more.

If we analyse Rahul Gandhi's horoscope, Saturn will transit in the fourth house from the Moon Sign and Jupiter will transit in the seventh house. This situation is also not perfect to win. Therefore, Congress (I) will be able to pick up only some seats, showing better performance than previous years.

Conclusion:

To review the upcoming elections of Delhi, taking into account the victory and defeat of the three main parties and all the previous elections, we hope that the Aam Aadmi Party will form the government, BJP will take more seats than before. BJP will give a tough fight and will move towards victory. Congress (I) will open its account. Remaining on 8th February 2025.
