Payments

Cash, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement.

We reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

If you need to cancel an order immediately (prior to it being shipped) please call us at 011-40541021 or mail us at mail@futurepointindia.com with your order id, order amount, product name.

Refunds

What is futurepointindia.com Replacement Guarantee ?

If you have received a Wrong or Defective product you can return it to get a replacement within 7 days of delivery, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery. Please contact us with a replacement request or raise an issue at the earliest. Buyer will have to ship the item back at his/her own expense and a brand new replacement will be shipped to him/her at the earliest (Delivery charges may apply again).

How to initiate request for replacement and when will buyer get it ?

Once a replacement request is created and the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate the return and send you an email detailing the returning process as well as provide details about the replacement. Kindly ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transit.(courier costs will be borne by buyer)

Mention the Order Number/Delivery Address on the package, before sending the mail. Keep the Courier Company's receipt for tracking purposes. Once the product is received by us, and it is verified against your claim replacement or refund will be initiated.

Future point reserves the right to cancel the return request, in the event of fraudulent and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products. Under such conditions, the request will not be entertained.

Note:

Cancellation process will only be initiated on receipt of damaged good. It might take us 2-3 days to initiate the refund after proper checking.
